If you are selling a property in Cane Creek Ridge, it would be most appreciated if you would please reach out to Pat Vance, CCRHOA Treasurer, with information on the closing.  This way we can work with you and the closing attorney to manage the HOA dues, whether or not they have been paid for the previous fiscal year or are due for the upcoming fiscal year.  Upon closing, we also request the name of the new owner along with their mailing address, phone number and e-mail address.  We use this information to send out a welcome letter with information regarding the community.
